核心结构与工艺特点
- 三节全拉出结构 三段式导轨设计，抽屉可以 100% 完全拉出，相比二节滑轨，抽屉深处物品拿取更方便。尼龙卡扣快拆结构，轻轻一按即可分离滑轨，抽屉拆装简单，安装、维修便捷。
- 液压阻尼缓冲系统 内置液压阻尼器，抽屉闭合末端自动减速、轻柔回关，避免猛烈撞击柜体，消除 “砰” 的撞击噪音，保护柜体与抽屉，实现防夹手效果。
- 双排实心钢珠 采用双排、三颗一组实心钢珠，钢珠硬度高，耐磨寿命长。多点均匀受力，保证滑轨推拉全程顺滑稳定，长期反复拉动不易松动、卡顿。
- 加厚钢材 + 防锈处理 滑轨主体加厚钢板冲压成型，承重能力强，不易变形。表面做防锈喷涂处理，防潮抗锈，适合潮湿环境使用；另有不锈钢版本可选，耐腐蚀性能更佳。

生产工艺流程
- 钢板裁切：冷轧钢卷按照滑轨规格，精准裁切成对应长度钢片；
- 冲压成型：通过模具冲压，压出滑轨槽孔、安装孔位与三段导轨轮廓；
- 表面处理：脱脂除锈，静电喷粉烤漆，形成防锈保护层；不锈钢款做抛光钝化；
- 阻尼器组装：内置液压阻尼组件、弹簧结构，装配缓冲回弹机构；
- 钢珠与卡扣装配：装入双排实心钢珠，安装尼龙拆卸卡扣，组装三段导轨；
- 品检测试：每批次抽检推拉顺滑度、缓冲效果、承重、抗疲劳测试；
- 打包装箱：合格产品成对包装（一副 2 支），装箱出货。

Product Overview
3-section soft close drawer slides are universal hardware fittings for cabinets, wardrobes, storage cabinets and office cabinets. Made of thick cold-rolled steel or stainless steel, equipped with hydraulic damping buffer structure. When the drawer is nearly closed, it will slow down automatically to avoid impact noise and prevent pinching hands. Double rows of solid steel balls ensure smooth pulling and stable load-bearing. Full extension design allows you to fully access items deep inside the drawer. We have soft-close and push-to-open versions for different furniture designs. Direct factory supply for bulk B2B orders.
Core Structure & Features
- Full Extension 3-Section Design The 3-fold rail enables 100% full extension of the drawer. Compared with 2-section slides, it is much easier to reach items at the back of drawer. Nylon quick-release clip allows you to detach the drawer easily with one press, convenient for installation and maintenance.
- Hydraulic Soft Close Mechanism Built-in hydraulic damper slows down the drawer automatically at the end of closing stroke. It softly pulls the drawer shut, eliminates slamming noise, protects cabinet and prevents finger pinching.
- Double Rows of Solid Steel Balls Solid steel balls arranged in double rows (3 balls per group). High hardness and wear resistance. Even force distribution ensures smooth sliding for long-term use without jamming or wobbling.
- Thickened Steel & Anti-Rust Treatment The rail body is stamped from thick steel sheet for strong load capacity and anti-deformation. Powder coated surface for moisture and rust resistance. Stainless steel option available for better corrosion resistance.

Manufacturing Process
- Steel Cutting: Raw steel coils are cut into strips according to slide dimensions.
- Stamping: Punching machine forms rail shape and mounting holes with moulds.
- Surface Treatment: Degreasing & rust removal, electrostatic powder coating for anti-corrosion layer; stainless steel version with polishing & passivation.
- Damper Assembly: Install hydraulic cylinder and spring buffer unit.
- Ball & Clip Assembly: Load solid steel balls, fit nylon release clip and assemble three rail parts.
- Quality Inspection: Batch test for sliding smoothness, buffer performance, load capacity and fatigue resistance.
- Packing: Sold in pairs (2 pcs per set), packed into cartons after QC pass.
